Can I return the item?
We only accept returns if the buyer meets all the following reasons:
We made the wrong style, pattern or we misspelled the name against the details the buyer provided. The item must be in its original condition, not been worn.
What are the hats made of?
All the hats are made from either 100% cotton or poly cotton.
Do you make custom sizes?
The hats are made to order. It is possible. Contact us on info@antonickstque.co.uk
Can I provide my own fabric?
You can provide your own fabric and we charge per hat.
Is my hat guaranteed?
We can fix any loose stitch, loose buttons and adjust the tightness for free within 14 days upon receiving. Customer will pay for postage. Any damage caused by miss handling or wear and tear are not covered by warranty. After 14 days there is charge for any adjustments or repair.
How do I wash the hat?
Cool hand wash. Do not Tumble dry. Iron on low setting.
